The Service Pack is language dependent, i.e. the English version of the Service Pack can only be installed to an English Program Version. Other languages can be found in the international part of this service&support.
Furthermore, make sure that either the automatic update is installed or the setup.exe which is available in the download area.
After updating with Setup.exe, an automatic update is no longer possible.
Please either install the Service Pack using this setup.exe or using the automatic program and toll data update.
